Club Penguin has recently added a new feature called Beta Team Access. (Click here if you haven’t heard about this yet) I’m a citizen of the city Montréal which is located in the province of Québec, Canada. I decided to check out the new feature when Club Penguin gave me an error explaining Beta Team Access is not available in my province. You can read the full message below.

- Club Penguin TeamMy thoughts are these “regional restrictions” are because Québec is a french province and are also the cause of why my city isn’t allowed to have any Club Penguin toys (aside from Card Jitsu cards) on sale in stores. What do you think of this? Leave a comment and let us know!
