NEW EPF Message From Director

Today, While logging on Club Penguin I noticed that their was a NEW EPF Message From the Director!

1) Click on your EPF Spy Phone.

2) Then look at the message that the Director sent you.

I wonder what the Director means? At the first part it was something for the Protobot and then signal got lost! What's going on, tell you're toughts in a comment.
