Field Op #36
First, go to the EPF Command Room and go to the Field Op's board and Accept the Field Op.
Then, Waddle over to the Stadium and go to the SPORTS sign.
Your EPF Spy Phone should be ringing green and click on it. Then follow the instructions given and complete the Field Op.
